From SDIGroup UK’s suite of products, the WCS software is a standard, highly configurable Warehouse Control System.
True real time control allows dynamic stock routing decisions for maximum storage efficiency and optimum resource utilisation.
The software is windows based, with modern customisable menus and security access. It allows users to:

WCS can be rolled out on Wireless Mobile and Handheld Computers running Windows CE.NET. The Pick-To-Light module is also available to control picking, replenishment, check counting, and other manual sortation activities.
Full traceability of stock movements and user activity is achieved through the systematic auditing of all events either user initiated or automatically performed. Extensive enquiries and reports allow users to analyse both current and historical key performance indicators such as:
- Warehouse utilisation
- Operator / equipment performance
- Throughput statistics
- SKU distribution & levels.
