Our Maintenance and Service Operations:

SDIGroup UK operate 4 Service Centres in : Corby, Rugby, Skelmersdale and Swindon, employing some 90 service and maintenance engineers covering not only our equipment platforms, but also for other MHE suppliers as well.

GreenMaintain Maintenance Software Package:

SDIGroup UK has developed an Internet based software tool, GreenMaintain  to monitor materials handling equipment/plant at it’s customers’ sites.

Service and Support

Training

Training for SDIGroup UK maintenance engineers is an ongoing process. Training matrices are used to ensure that they have the most up to date knowledge to cover the specific requirements of our customers’ sites. The support engineers are skilled development and commissioning engineers and use a network of Notebook PCs, mobile phones and modems to provide a remote diagnostic and remedial service with a guaranteed response time.
