RF & Voice Activated Systems
For a truly hands-free operation we are now able to offer voice-activated picking, packing and putaway from our suite of software products. We have a standard, scaleable and configurable voice-activated system, which is designed to increase the overall productivity, accuracy and safety of your distribution centre operation.
This RF-based system eliminates completely the necessity to key in data to mobile terminals or static PCs. Operators use a wearable computer with a microphone and headset and are instructed by voice on which items to pick or to put away and the locations to pick from or to put to. An operator will then verbally confirm his actions back to the system.
The voice-activated system wearables communicate all pick and put transactions directly to a warehouse management system by RF, via a local area network.

Roll Cage Tracking System
RCTS is a standard, highly configurable Roll Cage Tracking System, designed to manage and optimise the storage and routing of roll cages within a warehouse or distribution centre.
True real time control allows RCTS to make stock routing decisions on the fly for maximum storage efficiency and optimum resource utilisation. It is windows based, with modern customisable menus and security access functionality.
Truck mounted and/or handheld Wireless computers are used to control, picking, replenishment, sorting, check-counting and general stock movement activities. Its graphical screens can instantly display current activities and workload. Extensive enquiries & reports allow users to analyse both current and historical key performance indicators such as:
